At M % A Luxury, we take pride in delivering premium-quality wigs, bundles, and hair services. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any hair products, wigs, or bundles once purchased. Please be sure to read product details and ask questions before placing your order.

No Refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstance, including:

Change of mind

Wrong order placed

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after use

Order Accuracy

We advise all customers to double-check product details, lengths, textures, and custom specifications before completing checkout. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
In the rare case that you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assess the situation.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
